We will need to inspect a project in person to give an exact quote. If a project is something we cannot repair, there will be no charge.

We guarantee to bring your glass back to industry acceptable standards or better. If we can’t restore your glass to like-new condition, we will let you know during the evaluation. 

Each job is unique and depends on many factors including: severity of scratch, depth of scratch, location, etc. Upon visual inspection we can provide a rough timeframe for your repair.

No, our repairs do not affect the frame or hardware . Glass restoration is an accepted practice by window and glass manufacturers and will not affect the warranty. 

If we cannot restore your glass, we will advise you on other options, including recommendations to trusted glass replacement companies.

Due to the nature of working with glass, breakage is always possible due to heat, vibration, depth of scratch and unforeseen manufacturer defects in the glass. 

However, restoration helps to restore integrity to the glass by repairing the scratches, removing the weak point that could cause it to break. 

This is very rare and we will always highlight this prior to carrying out glass restoration. If we believe there is a high risk of breakage, we shall only proceed with the project with your consent.
